Dash Captain is in early access; we'll update this policy as the product grows and will flag material changes.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email) and usage data that helps us run and improve the product. Our free tools work without an account and don't require you to sign in.
Connected accounts
When you connect a store or ad account, we receive access tokens to read the data you choose to show on your dashboard. These credentials are encrypted at rest, are never displayed back to you, and are only used to fetch your data. You can disconnect a source at any time, which revokes our access.
How we use your data
To provide the service — building your dashboard, refreshing your tiles, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data, and we don't use the contents of your connected accounts for advertising.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences like light or dark mode. We don't use them to track you across other sites.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your account data, and disconnect any connected source. Deleting your account removes your stored credentials and dashboards.
