What every product really makes.
Revenue shows what sold. Dash Captain shows what each product kept — after its cost, the marketplace’s fees, postage and the ads that sold it — across every store you sell it in.
Cost of goods
One product, every store
Listings are matched across Shopify, eBay and Etsy by SKU and barcode, so one product shows one set of numbers. Titles only suggest a match — a different size never gets merged.
Your costs, filed once
Type a cost per product, use Shopify's cost per item, or set one blended percentage. A product without a cost shows revenue and fees, but no profit — nothing is guessed.
Fees and postage, honestly labelled
eBay's fees are read from eBay; Shopify and Etsy fees are estimated from your rates and marked as estimates. Postage shows what buyers paid and what the labels cost, where the store reports it.
The ads that sold it
eBay and Etsy ad fees and Google Shopping spend land on the product they sold. Spend that isn't tied to a product stays its own line.
A what-if price for each channel
Try a new price on one channel and see the margin before you change anything — then open the listing builder with the product already filled in.
Ask your AI assistant
A read-only connector lets Claude Desktop, Claude Code or Cursor answer from your product numbers: which product to push, which to reprice, what a price change would do.

Questions sellers ask
Which stores does it work with?
Shopify, eBay and Etsy are in early access, with Amazon next. Amazon's costs, fees and ads arrive with its connector.
What if I haven't entered my costs?
Those products show revenue and fees, but no profit — Dash Captain won't invent a cost. Add one per product, use Shopify's cost per item, or set a single blended percentage.
Are the marketplace fees exact?
eBay's are read directly from eBay. Shopify and Etsy fees are estimated from your rates and marked as estimates on every product, so you always know which figure is which.
Can I ask about my products in Claude?
Yes. A read-only connector works in Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor, and answers from the same numbers as the Products page. It can't change anything in your stores.
Does it change anything in my stores?
No. Connections are read-only, and the listing builder publishes nothing — you copy a listing across yourself.
