What it tracks

SKU: Your product identifier — one row per SKU.
Product: A human name so the dashboard reads well.
Units on hand: Current sellable stock.
Reorder point: The level at which you reorder — powers the flags.
Units sold / day: Average daily sales rate — powers the runway.
Lead time (days): How long a resupply takes door to door.

Frequently asked questions

Is the template really free?

Yes — the copy link gives you the sheet outright, no signup. Connecting it to a live dashboard is what Dash Captain adds.

How is the runway calculated?

Units on hand ÷ units sold per day, per SKU. A SKU is flagged "reorder now" when it's under its reorder point, or when its runway is shorter than its lead time.

Do my edits break the dashboard?

No — that's the point of the template. Structure lives in named ranges and headers; you edit values. A broken row is skipped and reported, never silently wrong.
